Had major issues with installation. The carpet was cut too short and there was a gap between the baseboard and end of carpet. No one from DeSitter even bothered to come take a look at the problem they just sent the same 3rd party installers to fix what they did wrong. Which, of course, they did wrong again. They went in our storage area where we had the remnant pieces and cut patches of that...

Terrible customer service. Installed TWICE and still not right. Overpriced and installers are awful.
