Always super clean and the manager is sweet and friendly. Always has good deals and they have an instagram that tells you about deals on lotion and packages for holidays year round.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You have wonderful beds and most the girls that work there are sweet. But the chubby brownish redhead is such a horrible person. She should NOT be working with customers. I agree with Jenny S.

Avoid this place at all costs. My mother was a customer of this tanning facility for YEARS. They have hired some new girls who think because they were given minimum wage and put behind a cash register they're above God himself. I gave my mom a ride to go tanning and there was a chunky red-headed girl sat there and treated her like she was scum. She rolled her eyes, was rude, and straight up mocked her. Is that really how we treat customers? What happened to customer service? While my mother was tanning there was another lady who left after finishing her session and again the fat red-head...

I love the beds at desert sun, They are very clean, and very well taken care of, But The customer service is TERRIBLE. They are snobby, they treat you like they are better than you, I would rather drive a further distance, and get better service, than be treated like I have been treated there. I have been there several times in the last year, and I will not be returning.
