I've lived at Desert Palm Village for 6 months now and I truly enjoy it here! My one bedroom apartment is a great size - very large compared to the other complexes I toured while apartment hunting.

This has been by far my worst living experience. My bathrooms have over flooded 3X in the last 3 weeks, my AC has gone out 5X, I've had a ceiling leak and then mold growing from the ceiling and my shower has erosion from all of the plumbing issues. I've been living in DPV for over 2 years now and I particularly like the maintenance that they provide. This week, Greg came in and he took care of the whole pile of maintenance requests I put in together without any hassle! Thank you Greg.

Desert Palm is a great place to live! Clean and spacious apartment, nice amenities, and friendly staff in the front office. Thomas in particular has been very helpful and he has handled every request/question I have had with grace! Maintenance requests are also taken care of promptly. So far I am happy to have chosen Desert Palm!

I must give Thomas five star, he is really nice and help me a lots. I get to like to be here than the time when I just arrive US. You can see every staff work hard everyday morning for our apartment, I feel so good for living here. 越来越发现DP无论去学校还是超市都是很方便的。
