Terrible, Unorganized Bank!

Terrible bank! They charged for all kinds of fees without letting us know. They charged us a return mail fee for 27 months. My wife was calling on a regular basis and NEVER once did they ask for a address or to even confirm an address. They say "It's your responsibility" in order to hide behind them taking money from your direct deposit.

Deseret First Credit Union consistently mistreats its ""members"" and charges the same high fees that you'd expect from huge corporate banks. It has virtually none of the benefits of working with a credit union. After being a member for 15 years I am finally fed up and switching all of my finances over to my other bank because their service is inconsistent, their tellers are misinformed and their fraud department seems lazy.
