i cant beleive i even gave these guys one star!!!! basically, they sold us a lemon and refused to back it up.. once they came to repair the $3k machine they sold us, then realizing it was a piece of junk, they refused to sell us there standard service contract for it. WAY TO BACK UP YOUR PRODUCTS! They are not helpfull whatsoever and even lack knowledge of the products they sell.no joke...

The president of DPOE himself told me that his "Image Flex" program was "flexible" and that "the program would change as our needs change." Well our needs for printing paper went way down as we moved toward digital records but DPOE refused to adjust the monthly cost accordingly.
