I read the good and bad reviews. They are 1 of 2 locally who can repair front loading washers so I figured I'd give them a try. I played phone tag for 2 days which was a little frustrating. Derrick's appliance fixed my refrigerator quickly and told me what to look for should I ever experience the problem again so that I can fix it myself. What a guy. Will definitely use them again.
