Derek is the best! My wife and I were looking to buy our first home, and went to Derek with no experience/knowledge at all. He helped us through every step and listened to everything we had to say about what we were looking for.

He made sure that we understood what was going on at a given time and didn't just give a general summary of details, but actually went out of his way to explain it....

Derek is 5 stars all across the board. I couldn't be happier with his services. He is understanding, knowledgeable, responsive, and his negotiation skills are stellar. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the sale. The process of selling my home was a walk in the park. I could rave about him all day...
I would recommend Derek in a heartbeat.
