Beer was very good, service was fine, food was terrible. Food was not fresh, cold and sloppy. Go for the beer, skip the food.

Seated quickly and our server was very polite and attentive. Since this was our first visit he explained the specials and menu. Started with the giant pretzel and Rueben rolls. Both very tasty. Had the Wiener schnitzel and jagerschnitzel. Both were very good although quite a bit of time passed between appetizers and entree, though they weren't that busy. Good apple struedel and chocolate cake

We love going here for just a dinner downtown or special occasions. The food is fantastic! Our favorite is the big platter that has a great selection and can easily feed 6-8 people.
