Dependable HVAC came to our church to check an issue we were having with our air conditioning unit. Un-dependable. My routine appliance repair has now stretched into its third week. Week 1 - diagnose the problem. Week 2 - wait for parts to arrive. Wait 2-3 days for them to get a technician out. Reschedule for Week 3 because the tech wanted to come earlier than my scheduled appointment and cancelled my appointment. That saga continues....
