If you are reading a bad review about Dependable...just know that there two sides 2 every story!Please see the great reviews on thier behalf! Mary and Ron have both endured some pretty life threatening medical injuries. Ron just got out of hospital on Christmas morn.! Maybe that's why they did not get the messages! Sorry u had a bad exp. mine and all those we refer have had good ones.

I have been using Dependable Applicance for the past 15 years. When I moved into an appt. 15 years ago, I bought a used washer and dryer. Just this year I replaced, with used appliances again. 3 years ago, bought a used Stove and Refridgerator. I trust what they tell me, and would recomend to my friends and family. They have always been helpful, and on time.

I would give zero stars if I could. Called the store and wife answered. Said I was looking for an honest, reasonable, local company to repair my squeaky dryer. She raved about her husbands experience and knowledge. We asked him to come look at it and he took the dryer apart (with our help), sprayed it with some silicone and we helped him put it back together. He charged us $120. We...

I have never written a negative review of any small business before, but I am just so angry with this company. They took $200 from me for a replacement part for my dishwasher they said would come in one week. two months later, i was still waiting. another month later i forced them to agree to refund my money. that never happened. I've made peace with the fact that I will never see that money...
