Paid for unneeded treatment when my dental plan said that the actual treatment was free. I don't know why delta dental assigned this place as my go to dentist. They're pretty terrible on patients....

Fuck dental concepts . They suck !!! The people are rude as hell, & it took 6 years to get my damn braces off when they said i only needed it for 2 years !...
