So far so good new patient have not had any problems. .staff is nice and pleasant...got 2 fillings done in 1 hr with x rays. .were done grwat..will keep u posted

Since my oral surgery on Sat, Dr. Chafin called to check on me yesterday and the office staff called today to see how I was doing.... Superior customer service and patient care!

The office manager is rude! She feels you should cater to her time schedule even though you are the customer. Unfortunately, I called the office about my spouses appointment and was not notified for my appointment that day was going to be delayed. After arriving I waited in the lobby for 15 mins before I was advised that they were running behind and would need to wait an additional 40 mins...
