We were sat and 20 minutes later they still hadn't taken our drink order... We finally get our drinks 10 min later and get no utensils. I was having a coffee so I couldn't stir my sugar and cream. The food got here 20 min later and still no utensils... They forgot some of our food and by the time I did get my utensils my food and coffee were cold! This is the most horrible service I have ever...
