The doctor prescribed me medication without a generic which my insurance denied. He ordered an MRI and only described reason as "back pain" which my insurance also denied because of lack of detail. They requested a pier to pier discussion as to the reason for the MRI. This never happened. The office staff left me hanging for 3 weeks until I gave up and went back to my primary care physician....
