In exam room for 45+ min and the doctor didn't come in to see my mother. This is common with doctors & it needs to stop. Could have called explaining they're running behind & given us a choice to come later or reschedule. Another missed opportunity... We arrived 30 min early and staff had yet another chance to explain he was running late. We could have been given a choice to wait or reschedule....
