This is a very popular place with locals. It's not a fancy nor particularly big dining area, but, the food is very good, very hot, and very reasonably priced. Specials are offered. Check the schedule as the restaurant is closed Sunday afternoons and evening.

Met several friends for lunch today and enjoyed our food at this family run restaurant. Very nice wait staff and home style cooking. Shrimp salad was on the specials for today. So delicious. Lunch at Dempsey's is a treat. Great staff serves you quickly and efficiently. Specials include the crab cake club ... it's amazing with lots of real crab. We are visiting my brother-in-law from Austin, Tx for the second time in a year (we were here last October). Last year the softshell crab sandwich was the best meal on the whole trip.
