I was unsatisfied with their said "24 hrs service", as I booked a cab, but it did not arrive at all. Please respect customers trust in your service.

I had just called there wanting a ride over to a Walmart close to my house, and the woman whom I spoke with was very rude. Her behavior wasn't very professional, she didn't act as if this was an actual business, and I really doubt that I'll every use their services again.
