Lost over a thousand dollars worth of my items||[]Overcharged me $800 and demanded payment in cash||[]Completely unreliable, almost impossible to have my items delivered.||[]Seriously, be very careful if you do choose to use this company.

My wife and I had a similar experience to others here. Delivery was two weeks later than promised with no word from the company until the night before. That's when they also mentioned that our goods weighed more than the original estimate and we'd have to pony up an additional $500 before they would deliver our stuff. We called their bluff however, and I exercised my right to have the truck re-weighed in my presence before and after delivery to determine the actual weight. No surprise to me to find they were flat out lying when they claimed our goods weighed more than expected. In...

This was the worst experience of my life. They changed the moving date 3 times. Didnt have room to move all my furniture and had to come back twice. They lost half my furniture. Damaged the rest. If there are any good reviews here I am fully confident they were made by the company itself. This was awful. I filed a claim in June 2010. It was deemed that they did rightfully owe me money. It is now April and I still have not received my check. Everyone there is rude. I have been put on hold for hours. I am supposed to get this ""check"" from ""susan"" who still has not answered ANY phone...
