So this would be the 4th time in over 10 years that I've managed to lock my keys in my car, and this was the worst experience yet.

First the driver could not get the street address right while I was on the phone with him. Then he shows up, looks at the car, and has no clue how he's going to get my door open. He was baffled that the door locks were not round so that his tool would not work on them. He finally used a long pole to role the window down, but left scratches on the door behind the driver's.
