DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I called because my girl friend was lock out of the house. The guy was rude and hung up on me. When I called back he then called me a "F%ckng idiot"...DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!!

Let's just say they would not spit on me if I were on fire... Just hung in my face twice while waiting in a stranded parking it trying to obtain locksmith service with the quickest TAT... smh.. Lord please hep me to never treat my customers this way!

Is it possible to give less than one star? 3 days of waiting for a locksmith to show up. Being lied to about the whereabouts of the locksmith, and then being told it was all my fault because I had not answered a phonecall. They failed to meet 4 separate appointments. Use someone else. Anyone else.

If I could give less than one star I would. Operator couldn't have been less helpful, or rude. She actually hung up on me. She didn't know what a hitch lock was and told me it was illegal to remove them. When I tried to explain she just hung up !!
