They have friendly and professional staff and great service! I always take my car to Bill McCoy Ford in Muncie when I need the oil changed or have something else looked at and this is also where I purchased my car.

I cannot thank the staff at bill McCoy enough for not only hooking me up with an amazing car but going the extra mile to make sure its in tip top shape. I recently purchased a used car from Bill McCoy Ford-Lincoln and was very satisfied with the buying process and my experience with the staff there. I had enough issues trying to close the loan with my bank and they understood and were very helpful and understanding. The staff were all very helpful and communicated with me frequently. My experience with Bill McCoy Ford started out fine for regular maintenance. Once my car (2002 Ford Focus) had an actual problem is when it went down hill. I brought it to the Ford service center thinking if there was a place that would be able to figure out what was wrong and fix it right, it was Ford. Couldn't have been more wrong!
