Website doesn't work correctly

I've called this company a few times to order food, and Delivery Express usually took about 45 minutes to an hr to deliver the food, and added a $10 fee in to the cost of the food.The website also has an option where you can order and everything online. I tried using this option tonight, and everything seemed to be fine at first, was brought to a page that said "confirmation", it had all my information and everything. So I waited for my food, expected a confirmation call just to be sure, but never got one. It seemed a little sloppy to me on their part, but I just figured "Oh well", and continued to wait. Ended up waiting more than an hour and a half, before I got fed up and called. The person then told me the order had never come through on their end, which surprised me, seeing as how I had been brought all the way to the confirmation/delivery page. The woman I talked to told me that the page was supposed to have a phone number at the top that I was supposed to call if I didn't get a confirmation call within 10 minutes. Of course, this wasn't on the page at all, or I would've called a lot sooner.So I gave my order again over the phone, and politely asked if they could give me a discount for my trouble, and was told they couldn't.I asked to speak to the manager, and was told the same thing.All in all, I waited a total of 3 hrs for my food, and had to pay fullprice which was almost $20 plus the $10 'delivery fee'. I won't be using Delivery Express again, and wouldn't recommend

act professional and not childish Citysearch

Managers who represent companies, need to act like professionals and stop acting childish. A seat is a seat you don't own it.............grow up!
