The apartment layout is fine and maintenence is fast. Management in this place is horrible. The "concierege" is never able to help. ------- always pushes people off to someone else. If you have to live here-only deal with -----. He is great. Unfortunately he cannot control everything. Avoid living here!! It's not worth the overpaying!!
I moved here a year ago and had no problems. The office staff was always very helpful, expect one person who got transfered. My lease is up and I am moving in with my boyfriend, or I would have renewed. Maintenance was great about fixing issues and moving out my Christmas tree for me. If you have a package, they can leave it in the butler's pantry for you. I have zero issues with this place and...
Pretty neat place that is right across the street from my office. The area surrounding is beautiful and quiet. Amenities here seem to be a plenty, but I ve heard you need a bit of free time to enjoy something I just don t have at the moment. I have lived here for about 2 years. Staff is great the maintenance is very prompt when you need something repaired. Place is pretty quiet. I would highly recommend Delante Apartments. I love the garage paraking.
