Lived in the apartments for 5 years. Despite the older building, it's very well kept up. All maintenance requests were done on the same day. Another good thing to note is very low turnover both within the management and in maintenance crew - after five years you can still see the same people. Overall - the best place I lived in for the last 14 years.

The property manager will pretend to be nice to you if you were a potential tenant, wait till you moved in! The real mean and grumpy side show literally like you have done something wrong to her! She doesn't treat her tenants right, yelling and screaming at them without listening to what they have to say when verifying certain situations. Unprofessional!!!!!!

I have been living in this complex for about 1 year and already tired of continuous construction/maintanance noise in the complex. It is been about 4-6 months that some units and hallways are being worked with heavy noise. Have asked managemnet to at least give notices in advance for days/hours, but no response, no luck. The landord Lynn Was very unfair and bias and predijuice . Acted like she owned the apts. picked and chose who moved in .
