The owners wife couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The installers were on time, friendly and efficient. They did leave some screws and wood in my driveway and half a screw got into the tire of my friends new truck even after I picked up the stuff but other than that I was satisfied with them.

We had all the windows in our home replaced. The price was very reasonable, and they had them all in in record time. A few days later, I noticed that one of the windows was cracked, and when I called, they got right on it, ordering me a replacement, which came in about two weeks later, which was installed free of charge.

I wish I could give no stars. During the removal of an existing bay window as part of an installation of a newly purchased bay window in my residence on August 30, 2011, a concrete statuary fountain valued at approximately $ 3000.00 was broken beyond repair. We just got our new Bow Window installed in the front of our house on October 15, 2011. We have had many compliments already and cannot wait to decorate for the holidays! This is the second time we have used this company and I am glad that we did. They were very curtious and professional.
