Horrible service.Doesnt work on your claim.Doesnt give straight answers.Seldom ever answers the phone.Doesnt return phone calls.Premiums go up big bucks every year without notice and all Im given is squirrely excuses like how much prices have gone up at the home depot.I filed one homeowners claim for hail damage in which they only wanted to pay for a partial roof replacement.They also turned...

Beware of Deer Horn Insurance in Rendon!I had my homeowners insurance with them for 4 years and every year premiums would increase big bucks without notice.In those 4 years I filed one claim for hail damage which was a hassle and an ordeal getting them to pay up.My agent Robbie Godwin doesnt answer the phone most of the time and will not return phone calls.I am done.

A claim was reported over a week ago and they still don t have it in their system. When I asked for status, I got heavy sighs and a sarcastic response. I vote with my dollar, and I ll go to a different company.
