I recently moved to DE from Maryland and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of apartment living at Deemers. My application was approved in 2 days and they moved me right in. I love my place, brand new tile and carpet, gym and pool included. Office staff was a huge help through the whole process and I appreciate the help !! I have fellow resident doctors also transferring to Christiana Care...

Not luxury!

This is not a luxury property. I lived her for only 4 months and had to move early because things were so bad. The place is dirty and the staff are terrible(excluding maintenance). Save your money!!!

I just recently moved out to purchase my first home finally! I lived at Deemers since it was built and I absolutely loved my time here. I will be sure to recommend to friends in the future. Thanks for a great 6 years!!
