I contacted them two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response. I guess they have too many other projects going on to get back with potential new customers.

I interviewed 5 contractors for a 20K $ plus project (Deck). After spending 1 hour with a pleasant business "development person" from deckwright an estimate was supposed to be prepared within a week. Two weeks later the estimate was not completed and there was little professional follow up. They were the most unprofessional of the 5. They won't get my business

Deckwright did a great job for us. They aren't cheap - but we got what we paid for. I found them extremely honest, great craftsmen and, probably most importantly, great advisors. We liked their work on our deck and patio so much, they're now designing our new bathroom.
