A friend recommended that I try Deck 84 and demanded that I try the seafood pasta, so this week my family and I were itching to get out of the house so we headed over there. I was surprised that it was so crowded on a Tuesday night but it was active and lively. Sitting on the deck was great for the kids because there was so much to keep them entertained and my husband and I enjoyed being able to relax. I went with the seafood pasta and wasn’t the slightest bit let down. My husband being a steak lover went with the New York Strip and was amazed at how tender it was. The kids enjoyed the tomato and mozzarella flatbread along with the Sweet Potato Tater tots and unbelievably finished everything. The only downside was that it was a bit loud, but overall I’m glad we got the recommendation because we will be venturing back.

Here, on a quiet stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway, diners may choose tables in the more formal, soothing indoors or alfresco on the casual covered patio or open deck. The seafood menu features jumbo shrimp cocktail, creamy New England clam chowder, Maryland crab cakes and garlic-rich shrimp scampi. Try the good she-crab soup. Capers stud the broiled swordfish steak sauced with dill and lemon.
We had a very enjoyable evening at Deck 84. Great Memorial Day Specials were appreciated.

This is a regular place for us when in town on business. Food is usually good and plentiful.
For a Sunday night the outdoor bar was packed and over crowded but we still had a table overlooking the water far enough away to have a good dinner conversation.
Will continue to frequent when we are in town.
The view and service were great. Ate outside on the water. My daughter loved watching the boats and fish.
