These two were fabulous and facilitated every aspect of the process making it far less of a hassle than we expected. They were always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Their friendly and easily accessible nature made buying our first home relatively painless. I don't think things could have gone much more smoothly. We would highly recommend them.

Debby and Susan were very helpful while I was searching for a house. They showed me a few houses around town that I asked to see, and when I decided to make an offer on a house, they easily facilitated the whole closing process with me.

Sold it in one week and they were very professional and on top of everything. Very respectful. I did notrealize that she was the daugther of someone I used to work for in Birmingham. The whole process was easy as you could expect.

Having Susan as our realtor was the only thing that went right with buying our house. I have no idea how we would have been able to close on our house without Susan's diligence and staying on top of everyone else's mistakes. She knows her stuff and will stand up for you!
