EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Used a bait and switch on my grandmother. Told me over the phone that my grandmother could get a hearing aid for under $500. Once she did the exam, she was told the least expensive hearing aid they offer was $1500. When she returned for a follow up and told her that she wanted to return it because it wasn't helping the "doctor" was EXTREMELY RUDE and told my grandmother not...
