D & D Mulch & Landscaping in Bellingham offers Black Mulch that burns out flowers and other perenials. Also burned out grass that was next to mulch. When we asked about this they insisted we were the only ones to complain about it. I have bought mulch from them in the past without problems but I would not recommend buying mulch from them anymore.

D&D refused to accept responsibility for mulch burning our plants..blamed us and gave alot of excuses...said the owner would call us and he did not. The only damage is clearly where the mulch was applied and we did nothing different this year compared with past when we had no problems...We deserve a refund.
