This Days Inn was worse than the one in Newark, it was totally filthy, the rugs were stained had to walk around in shoes, the bathroom had mold and stains on it and we had to put a towel down in the shower in order to take one.

OK for one night stay

Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. We got a smoking room because thats all that was left. Woke up with a headache from the nicotine smell. Woke up to a fellow guest being arrested. Not the classiest place but I guess you get what you pay for!

This is our "go to" hotel when we are in the Wilmington, DE area, as we always enjoy our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are simple but comfortable. They also feature a very good "free breakfast" should you choose that option. (The "breakfast lady" who helps out is simply the best, and every hotel could use someone like her!) It's no frills. The bathrooms could use a serious cleaning, and the water pressure is almost non-existent. The beds are hard - so if you have back issues that might be an issue for you. The balcony in front of the room feels like it's about to fall off. The staff was very friendly, which is always nice. I'd recommend to someone who needs a room on a budget.
