This is a decent place for the money.Stayed here 4 times over the years.Surrounding area is shady, but the hotel is at least decent. It's been quiet on every trip. Staff is nice.My only complaint would be lack of parking.But if you are like me, you are there for the beach and simply need a place to put your head at night, this is a very affordable option.

Nice stay, staff was friendly. But one thing was that the sound of the door next to us made me think that it kep opening. Other than that , everything else was okay, within close distance to the beach, about 15 minutes drive,

This hotel is about a 10 minute drive from St. Petersburg's downtown area. if you don't mind driving, then the price is good. Used it only to sleep and that's it.

St Petes was amazing and loved treasure island!

Hotel smelled like mildew and was afraid to bring clothes in and ac started to smoke when kicked the heat on to 72 when got a chilll at night.

very uneventful, rundown facility, parking minimal, mattress awful, water smell and tasted like sulphur.
