our house burns down while we were in Florida and my son was staying there, we had to find a place for him to go... And of course not being in town we had to keep in touch with him every time someone tried to call his room they got hung up on or yelled at... We are going to...

No longer a Days Inn. It's called the Clair Inn now. You can tell however it was a Days Inn before.
Staff were nice. Did everything they could to help.
Rooms could use a refreshing or modernizing. Bathroom really showed it's age.
The room was Non-Smoking but obviously that didn't stop whoever was smoking in the room in the past....

good value for an inexpensive hotel

Check in was pleasant and easy. Certainly no language difficulties. Room large, clean. One of the room's chairs had a 'saggy' seat, but the others were fine. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable.
Grounds fine, bit of grass, a pool, couple picnic tables. Breakfast was basic waffles, bagels, toast, apple.
Bottom line. It's a budget hotel. The staff was pleasant....

dirty, dated and downright awful

Checked in at 2 am local time as we were traveling and exhausted. As soon as we entered our roo.I realized we had made a mistake, we should have kept driving or just slept in the car. Room was dirty, smelled awful, the ad did not work, the toilet was wobbly and scary. Had it been daylight when we arrived...

The pictures on the Internet are WRONG. Not one picture shows the true condition.
Even the parking lot has HUGE pot holes. No breakfast. Well, one pot of coffee, and donuts. PLEASE do not stay here.
