It was a really great place to stay, the staff was wonderful, the room was very clean and updated and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

I needed to stay in Marina overnight recently and I opted to try this hotel instead of the one where I usually stay. The room was very clean and well maintained. It contained a small refrigerator and microwave, which I did not use. I was glad to see the lamps had USB ports as I forgot my 4-port USB charger...

We opted to stay at this hotel over one in Monterey because of the great reviews. We hesitated because we hadn't had a great experience at a Howard Johnson years ago. Had a good one night stay here. All the staff were lovely and added extras like cookies at check in were appreciated. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The only negatives were that I flooded the bathroom warming the shower, as it would only stay completely upright or down and the shower curtain was not waterproof....
