Clean and well kept gounds\n\nNo hot tub, air conditioning units are worn out, staff rude price way too high for the property.

I chose the hotel because they advertised they had an airport shuttle...rental car was unavailable at time my flight arrived Rockford airport... called hotel upon arrival and was advised they did not have airport shuttle... had to Uber to hotel and ba\n\nSee above

Good location & safe. Staff was nice. Plenty of parking.\n\nRoom seemed musty and damp and the whole place just smelled like chemicals. Hair in bathtub and towels were still wet. Too expensive for what it was. Overall not a terrible stay, but I'd expect to pay half this for similar hotels.
