The motel is situated in a good area in Clearwater close to Ruth Eckerd Hall which was the purpose of our trip and also not far from Clearwater Beach. The room we were in near the pool area was dated but clean. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and that was important to us. The complimentary breakfast was good...
Hotel is nicely located on a main street, easy to find and close to restaurants, etc. our room was spacious and clean, though not luxurious. Nice tv, wifi, coffee maker, table and chairs, comfortable bed. Staff very friendly. A nice affordable stay.
The room was adequate. Comfortable beds and clean, but the room was in need of redecorating and refreshing. Fine for my purposes but others may be turned off.
The staff was excellent on every front so I can't knock this hotel too much. Without exception everyone was friendly and helpful.
Our room was "poolside" but it was the very end unit. #136 There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom but it did have a window, however the screen was torn, so when window opened bugs came in. It faced the backyard of a unit in the mobile home community that was next door so u had to be careful...
Overall very good - wifi spotty at times, but OK. "Breakfast" has decreased to the same level as most hotels in this price range - get a cup of coffee and find a diner. Not a big deal, unless you were critically depending on it.
