Day Property is HORRIBLE!!! They took our security deposit for no reason, they are also charging us on top of that of $75 cuz they said they hired a professional cleaner to clean the apartment and never notified us with an invoice. We were good tenants and even took over lawn care for only $30 off a month and we did a lot for them, they never return your phone calls or emails, the head landlord...

I would strongly NOT recommend this property management group!!!! My fiancee and I were UNFORTUNATE enough to rent an apartment under their supervision and needless to say it has been a NIGHTMARE from the beginning. The apartment was NOT CLEANED at all when we went to move into it and after killing ourselves for a week cleaning our other apartment we weren't too pleased to encounter this mess....
