I had an urgent appointment that was cancelled by the doc two weeks before after waiting 2 mnths. Attemped to reschedule and was treated very badly by receptionist. Would not recommend.
Windham Urology helped me with a problem recently, with zero hassle, and kindness and professionalism. They could have made things difficult for me, but they did not. In fact, they made things easy for me at exactly the time I needed it most. Thank you in particular, Wendy. It is a little bit of a drive for me, but well worth it.
Very easy to talk to. Really took the time to explain things. Was very friendly and courteous.
