Terrible. I've been working with them for over a week and still no results. The tech couldn't even identify which AC unit was ours. He then replaced a bored. Came back and replaced my thermostat which was working fine, and still doesn't know what the problem is. Not to mention they promised me I would be the first stop on their list and come 6pm still no tech. So I call to find out what's going...

Terrible company. Repairman was totally incompetent. Tried to sell me a new unit for $1625.00. Got a second opinion. It was simply a blown fuse. Unit was only four years and was an auxiliary so it had had almost no use. Company will not refund the $128.00 service charge. Do not use.

Terrible service repairman. Did not know how to fix system and tried to sell me a new unit for $1625.00. It was only a blown fuse. Company won't refund the $128.00 service charge.

I've had Dawson dodd out 3 years running to do a clean and check before it got cold. This year I asked them to check on the humidifier because I know it was not working at the end of last winter and I thought it was going to cost a bundle. Turns out it was just mineral deposits on the water inlet. 5 seconds and it was over. I thought it was going to cost me 300 or more. Nope. Of all the hvac companies out there (and I've seen a lot) I trust these guys. They've been prompt, pair and honest.
