I do not know what the previous reviewers problem is but I have been doing business with Mr. Davis for over 10 YEARS and he has AlWAYS extremely helpful and honest id every way.
I purchased an edger for a church over the phone and when I arrived it was full of fuel and ready to go. He spent time showing me how to operate it.

Never call or go, the guy that answers the phone is sooo RUDE !!! Very bad Customer Service. You don't tell people to SHUT UP.........He must NOT care about his Business......
