I LOVE MID SOUTH VISION

I visited this office just recently and had the best experience.When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by a very happy and helpful staff.When I was shown back to see Dr. Davis not only was he patient with me but he was also informative. I picked out glasses and all three techs helped I felt very special. I got my glasses faster than I ever had before because they have a lab right there. They took time fitting my glasses and even called me back 2 weeks later to see how i was doing. I saw the other interview of this office and noticed how old it was I just wanted to let anybody know...

Male ""tech""/staff rude!

Dr. Stephen's male ""tech"" was horribly rude & took no resposibility for failing to schedule a requested contact fitting. No apology was given & the ""tech"" spoke in a very condescending tone, putting all blame on the me, the patient.
I am sure Dr. Stephen's would want to know that his hired man is killing his practice. Any successful doctor knows-by just being a little nicer to the patient, & allowing them to come in to ""fix"" the mess-up, the patient will return and be satisfied, forgiving the establishment.
