Very professional pre-repair phone conference. Immediately asked for details about the issues with my laptop. Made an appointment for the next day.. was early before the appointment. very kind and gave detailed information on the problems with my laptop.also gave advice on how to maintain it after the repair. I am not sure if the warranty is standard issue but great work...and professional
