The travel agent was EXTREMELY RUDE, and that is an understatement. She gathered my travel details and asked for my phone number. I gave her my FL cell phone number and she verified that I live in CT but have a FL phone number and I said "yes" and she said "thank you" and hung up on me without saying another word. I waited for her to call me back just in case we got disconnected but she did...
