This is the first time I've used David's rug cleaning. I was happy with everything. Their prices are competitive. David is a rug enthusiast and knows his business. He took the time to explain everything. Pick up and delivery went more than smoothly, taking the utmost care of our carpets.

My wife and I have used David for quite a few years now and have been very pleased with his service. He has been doing this for a long time and truly knows rugs. It can be hard sometimes to trust valuable possessions to someone who walks out the door with them but your rugs could not be in better hands.

David's Ruined My Expensive Rug

After convincing me what a fabulous job he could do on my expensive wool and silk rug, David's returned the rug faded and mottled. He refused to accept responsibility and changed his story from "there is something wrong with the dye from the manufacturer" to "its a matter of simple sun damage that wasn't visible before the rug was cleaned". Is any of this believable? Don't do business with this person.
