I chose David's Bridal for my wedding gown and my bridesmaids dresses because i have always had a good experience with the sales side and alterations side. I purchased 2 prom dresses and quite a few formal gowns from them, never had any issues or concerns.

Megan and Jenna were literally so amazing. The Springfield location was out of the dress that I loved and they gave me numbers to places that still had the dress. I am one happy girl!!! Thank you guys sooo much!

If I could give this company, better yet, this store no stars, or negative stars, I would do so. Rosemary, the so called "store manager", runs an unorganized, rude, and unsympathetic team of "employees". She belittles and her employees get annoyed easily. I went here for my wedding dress and bridesmaid's dresses. We had Hope assist us and she did an amazing job! I would highly recommend going here! If you go, ask for Hope! She was professional but also made me feel very comfortable. I love that I was not pressured into buying anything. My experience here was amazing and I got exactly what I wanted!

David's bridal in Springfield Missouri is horrible! We went in for there $99 sale and let me tell you what! First of all the dresses on the $99 dollar rack was priced at $500! We didn't know this until I had tried it on and fell in love with it! The worst feeling in the world is falling in love with a dress you thought you was gonna be for $99!!! The manager is a B***h AND SO IS HER STAFF!!!...
