I had an awesome experience today at your Southaven location. My salesperson Stephanie was not giving up until I had the dress I loved. Once we found one...I was unsure if it would be shipped on time and her manager Donna came to assist. Thank you ladies!

I would never recommend anyone to them!!!! Very poor and untrustworthy customer service!! I wanted a specific headpiece that I seen on display that had a missing pearl. They took the display headpiece to the back of the store and glued on a pearl that looks like it belongs to a pearl necklace. I drove 3 hours to get home feeling like a fool. I paid full price for this and I am very upset!!!!...

Davids Bridal has the best customer service skills and the most compassionate employees. I went there to get my bridesmaid dress exchanged because I was pregnant and they did it with no problem. I went back 3 months later after losing 35 lbs due to hyperemesis and they still sent it back and ordered me a new gown.
