I must say I had an all around terrible experience with the North Olmsted Ohio store. First they were busy which is fine but they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help anyone. Then I found the dress that I wanted for my two girls to try on to find the correct size and then they brought the wrong dress. Then when purchasing the dress we wanted they ordered the wrong dress. So I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. To then be asked to wait longer. I then gave them my number to call me back and I waited for 3.5 hours for a call back. When I called back they told me I was wrong...
