Excellent service. We ordered the wedding dress and a few accessories in this store. The service was outstanding: we worked with Chelsea, who was helpful, cheerful, funny, knowledgeable, etc, etc. She was a delight! We came in twice over a couple of weeks, we tried to pick a time when the store was not too busy. My fiancee tried on about two dozen dresses, and the whole experience was enjoyable. We'll update this review once we receive the dress. UPDATE: the dress was gorgeous, the alteration was reasonable in price, the dress fit very well.
